FEE: 5 K ONLY $10.00 pre-registration (received by July
8) $12.00 race day

In the consideration
of the acceptance of this entry and my being permitted to participate in the Kid’s Day Road Races, I do release and
hold harmless the North Attleboro Kid’s Day Association, Town of North Attleboro and the State of Massachusetts, all
race organizers, directors, volunteers, and any sponsors from claims. In the consideration of the acceptance of this entry
and my being permitted to participate in the Kid’s Day Road Races, I do release and hold harmless the North Attleboro
firefighters cause of action or liability for personal injury, death, property damage, inconvenience, expense, or other loss
or damage of any kind whatsoever which may result from or being connected in any way to my participation in the race. I recognize
that racing and walking are potentially dangerous activities and that injuries may result from numerous risks, including,
without limitation, weather and road conditions, vehicles and animals on the course, collisions with other runners and medical
problems. I assume all such risk and represent that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the race of Fun/Walk/Run.
I am also aware that my registration fee is non-refundable regardless of when I submit it.
